Was told my order would be shipped in a week
Turned out it was over 3 weeks. They send a completely incorrect order. I called the phone contact and emailed my complaint - NO response. Disappointing and embarassing as I hope to support any business from my homeland Would never again purchase from this site - seems customer service is not a priority to this company as concerns are simply ignored sadly
It took ten days from the time of order to receive the items, and a ridiculous shipping fee was charged, despite our location in the same state and city limits. The flavor and texture are not as they once were, and additionally, the incorrect item was sent. I reviewed the return policy and sent an email, but have not yet received a response. This reflects very poor customer service and support.
